Returns & Cancellation Policy



At Upfill we fully understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase. If you change your mind before receiving your order, just send us an email at to cancel your order and we will use all reasonable endeavors to cancel it providing your order has not yet been processed. In the event that you have been charged, refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Once your order has been received at our warehouse, it can no longer be cancelled. If your order has already been processed, such cancelation will be treated as a return. Please refer to our Returns section below for further information. In all circumstances, you can always contact us at to assist you.


You have three (3) days of withdrawal from receipt of your package. Returned items must be unopened, undamaged and complete.

Please follow this guideline for your return:

  1. Please email us at to notify us of the product you would like to return. You will need to provide full details of your order number with details and pictures of the items you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Once you have received a confirmation that we will accept a return for your product, please fill in this form. Please remember that in order for the return to be processed you must ensure that ALL returned items are in good condition and unopened.
  3.  Once the return has been confirmed, we will arrange for your item to be picked up by our courier partner. We will be in touch to arrange for the pick-up. Please note that you will be charged for the cost of returning your item.
  4. After receiving your product, our team will check it and confirm that it is eligible for a refund, replacement or exchange. Once it is approved, we will refund the amount paid with the same payment method or send you a new product if you had requested an exchange.
  5. Refund will be made within a 30-day period after the request


All of our products go through various quality checks before reaching you. However, sometimes things may happen out of our control. We are so sorry if there is a problem with a product. Please email us your order number on along with a picture of the damaged item and we will resolve this as quickly as possible.
